There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Consumer Protection Code - nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
- Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: only the down payment for confirmation will be retained.
- Cancellation 29 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed total price minus the already paid down payment for confirmation.
- Cancellation 7 to 2 days before arrival: 70% of the agreed total price minus the already paid down payment for confirmation.
- Cancellation 1 day before arrival or no-show: 100% of the agreed total price minus the already paid down payment for confirmation.
- In case of early departure or delayed arrival: 100% of the agreed daily rate per day not taken.
